Omnia are looking for a SAP HCM consultant, role to be based in Norway. This role starts 1st July and is a 12 month contract.
SAP HCM consultant: 10+ years;
- Solution architect Experience in SAP HCM, Success factors modules - implementation and support.
- Must have Work experience in multiple SAP HCM Sub modules like PA, OM, ESS and MSS, Process and forms, Interfaces. Preferred experience in Success Factors modules like LMS, PMGM
- Must have worked in the position of Solution architect .Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of SAP HCM.
- Must have good experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational management (OM), Interfaces, Employee-Self Service (ESS) and manager Self-Service (MSS).
- Experience on ESS/MSS standard and custom functionalities. Good to have knowledge on webdynpro and Process & Forms
- Preferred architect experience in Success Factors modules like LMS, PMGM. Preferred Experience in SAP ILM module for HR related scenarios
- Able to work independently on the relevant module. Very good Communication skills in English & Norwegian; should be able to confidently communicate with other team members, clients, and vendors.
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
- Familiar with the ITIL processes on Incidence management, Change management, Problem Management & service requests.
- Should have experience in working with onsite/Offshore model
