Description and context of the function/Tasks/Goals:
- We are looking for a contractor with hands on experience in applying compliancy rules into an IT environment.
- On the one hand we expect him/her to be functionally experienced into implementing ISAE-3402 controls into our IT work environment (if not in ISAE-3402, at least in another certification environment like ISO).
- On the other hand we need experience on how to handle this in an agile environment as we recently moved in full towards the agile way of working. Overall test process setup combined with automatic testing combined with compliance rules is of specific interest to us.
- As we also extensively use Microsoft Azure Devops (VSTS/TFS), a good technical insight in the possibilities of the tool will also be required (If not in Azure Devops, then at least a similar experience in Atlassian Jira).
- We come out of an assessment phase where in our new way of working improvements are defined across all our international teams (mainly Belgium, UK, Germany, The Netherlands, France and Luxembourg).
- The goal of our exercise is also to provide consistency in the setup for all teams while leaving them enough room for themselves. This would include Rollout and Training to the different teams in close collaboration with our agile coaches.

- The job would be for a 3-6 months window.
The following would be nice to have:
- Hands on functional knowledge in an agile setup, especially on work organisation of a team (epics tot tasks), including dashboards and reporting
- Good know how on the querying and reporting possibilities, both for the local teams as corporate reporting and analysis.
- A plus is also technical know-how on source control, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and the logging these build and deploy steps generate.
- We intend to exploit some parts of the data with Splunk. Know how in this area might be a plus.
