As a Graduate Recruiter, you'll be responsible for planning, & execution of Graduate Recruiting activities regionally, focussing on the bank's Infrastructure businesses including but not limited to Risk, Compliance, Finance, Group Audit and Human Resources (HR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing Graduate Recruiting activities regionally, focussing on the bank's Infrastructure businesses including but not limited to Risk, Compliance, Finance, Group Audit and HR
- Attending Committees, Regional Working Groups and recruiting champions
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and driving recruitment strategies as appropriate
- Partnering recruiting specialists to design and embed diversity in candidate attraction and selection mechanisms
- Educating and holding the business accountable for diversification talent pool
- Developing strategy for campuses in line with overall Deutsche Bank (DB) -wide strategy/activities
- Supporting and implementing best practices around the bank's Global Graduate Operating Principles & governance.
- Building and managing school, program & divisional budgets as part of regional activity submissions
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in a Talent Acquisition environment
- Graduate market exposure (beneficial)
- Regional university market knowledge (beneficial)
- Client and Service Orientation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
