2nd Line Support Analyst
12 month contract
Dublin
£27.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for installation and maintenance of software systems and supporting end users
- Attend to inquiries, record questions and respond to customers with solutions
- Provide immediate support to incidents and ensure services are restored within SLAs
- Evaluate system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources
- Install and support both hardware and software components

Skills required:

- Proven track record in a customer technical support role
- Exposure to applications such as Microsoft teams, Exchange, Skype for Business, Zoom or Active Directory
- Experience with Windows OS and Windows Server and components such as services, networking and virtualisation
- Understanding in print services and network print services
- ITIL Certified is an advantage
