Description
Resource 1 is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience for a position in Bolingbrook (west suburbs). The initial contract goes through the end of the year, but extensions are expected. Individual will be responsible for creating project plans, scheduling, project tracking, status reporting, budgets, Gantts bar charts, etc. Individual should have experience managing a variety of projects, especially data integration/data migration. Individual will be primarily responsible for driving the implementation of a large integration/data migration project, whichwill involve migrating various Legacy integrations to their new NextGen Connect integration engine. The primary focus of the initial project is getting the clients data off the old and onto the new platform. Exposure to healthcare (HL7) data is a plus for current and future projects. Selected candidate should have prior experience in business analysis, including gathering/documenting requirements, liaising between business and technical teams, and writing use cases/user stories. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with executive stakeholders. Individual should be proficient in various tools like MS Project for project planning/tracking. Must also be able to draft PowerPoint decks for status meetings and facilitate discussions with both technical and non-technical team members. Ideal candidate would have technical acumen and the ability to understand architecture terms and translate them into project plans. Prior experience working with Agile methodology is preferred. PMP Certification is a plus.
