Paid Digital Social Media Manager will refine and finesse the social media strategy across EMEA.
This role will manage all social media channels for client ensuring content is engaging, eye catching and unique. You'll also monitor and report on current trends and competitor activity. There will be line management responsibility of a Social Media Team who will support on delivering on all thing's social media.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the social media strategy
Continually grow our engaged audience on the relevant social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
Management of paid social media budget (PPC).
Monitoring and reporting on trends and competitor activity
Drive and maintain content calendar of key events and retail activations
Work with sales account managers to maximise exposure of the brand
Create unique and eye-catching visual content for the social media channels
Plan and implement engaging, creative social campaigns around key exclusives, products or launches
Copy writing; including but not limited to digital media, press releases, creative copy and product descriptions
Work with the business to map out key communication plans including Ecommerce platform; seasonal promos, anniversaries, new store openings, new exclusive launches and company news
Work with Brand Managers to drive brand awareness on their channels, building strong relationships with key partners and report on key activity conducted
Working with distributors on localised Retail branded social media content; providing insight, training, and approving content from a design and brand standpoint
Grow our influencer database across Europe, establishing relationships and sending product samples to feature
Proven experience creating and delivering a social media strategy and tactical plan
Proficient in one or more of the following; InDesign/Photoshop Experience using social media scheduling and reporting software such as Sprout Social etc
Key role in the day to day Agency Management relationship
