Our client are a prestigious client and are looking for an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and implement their resourcing strategy and manage the end to end process including devising recruitment strategies, agreeing key milestones, preparing adverts and posting roles along with sifting CVs, pre-screening and assessment and selection and undertaking interviews as required. You will also act as SME in areas of resourcing such as selection methodology, resourcing technology and design, development assessment. You will use a broad range of resourcing tools to attract a strong candidate pool including database searches, networking, social media and recommendations. When necessary you will provide advice to Heads of HR and hiring managers on effective approach for resourcing their needs, including costs and challenges and time input needed. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Resourcing Consultant with experience of recruitment methodologies and best practice. You will also have knowledge of innovative candidate assessment processes and have preferably previously recruited within the construction, procurement or engineering sectors.
