Our client is active in the payment industry and offers payment solutions that enable companies and organizations to exchange payments in a secure way.

For this client, we are looking for an IT business analyst with previous on OTC/O2C (Order to cash - order management) processes. By OTC, we mean from order entry to intake and fulfillment to cash/activation. The ideal candidate has a close understanding of business workflows and process design. Cherry on the cake: If you have knowledge about ARIS and confluence, we can guarantee an interview with our client.

The requested skills are:

Business analysis
Good writing skills
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Aris and Confluence

The scope of work is as follows:
Business Analyst for Quote-to-Cash/Order-to-Activation.

Experience in implementation/Analysis of IT systems such as Aris.

Strong business knowledge on the billing process and/or collections - dispute management

This is a long term contract with our client based in Brussels. Homeworking up to 1 or 2 days a week after 6 months of Full time employment in their office in Belgium. This is subject to approval from the hiring manager. The project is based in Brussels, Belgium.
