Senior Network Engineer - The Hague

For this role, you should be ITIL v3 and CCNA certified and have at least 5 recent years of experience in IT with a focus on network engineering.
Your role
* Provision of network maintenance and support services to the institution's networks and network service delivery functions.
* Monitoring the institution's LAN, MAN, WAN, network support services, network security perimeter and Internet access performance and all network activities to ensure that network systems remain operational and avoid possible future disruptions.
* Undertaking the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of network problems.
* Resolving problems by correcting operation or constraints, by devising work-arounds, correcting faults, or making modifications.
* Drafting and maintaining procedures and documentation for network support
* Ensure that all requests for support are dealt with according to the institution's standards and procedures.
