Change Manager urgently required to work on a contract basis in London for a leading global energy trading company.

You will be a senior team member on change programmes and responsible for driving and supporting the business change activities required to underpin the IT simplification agenda to increase customer satisfaction and business value. The role is delivery-focused and will lead IT-driven business changes in a programme or project environment. You will also be responsible for deploying measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives, usually in an agile context.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a team lead/individual contributor to managing key stakeholders and demonstrated evidence of end to end change management experience, such as Integrated Change, Communications, Training and Value Realisation. An individual with a good understanding of Agile and its impact on the management of change is required.
You must have previous experience in Office 365 or SharePoint projects from implementation stage to training users.
