Job description-:
Our client is looking for AI Conversation consultant with experience in the following tools as BA,Designer,PM
- Build new or re-shape existing conversations for the chatbot,
- Shape and formalize conversation requirements using conversational tools eg botmock or others
- Interact with UX tools such as eg Zeplin or others,
- cooperate very closely with business BA, SMEs and Dev team
- Analyze and translate business requirements into dev needs,
- Usage of devops tool, interact with conversation tools, (eg botmock, zeplin etc)
- Close collaboration with business and dev team,
- Understand integration needs for the chatbot with Legacy applications and translate into requirements
- Follow-up closely with integration teams, and dev teams and SMEs to close any gaps
- Oversee E2E rollout project delivery & enrichment of the bot,
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder alignment, change management, communication
- Strong collaboration with Dev Lead & Business Lead
- Report to Skill Product Owner
