ACCOUNT MANAGER - London, until December 2019, up to £52k/annum
SALES - CUSTOMER SUPPORT - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - MARKETING - MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - CONSULTING - PARTNERSHIPS
My Client, an international tech business famous for its defining search engine along with other tech products, is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will have the opportunity to develop partners and grow revenue for company's advertising products.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales support according to an annual development plan for the partnership
- Deliver quality training to partners (based on account analysis)
- Provide strategic advice by working closely in a consultative role with partners
- Manage partners' operational inquiries by phone, e-mail and/or live chat
- Build and maintain relationships with partners that include ongoing strategic consultation and support, as well as educate partners on new product features
- Monitor and analyze partner's performance data in order to suggest improvements
Key skills:
- Demonstrable experience in sales, customer support, account management (direct and/or offline), marketing (product, direct and/or offline), marketing program management or consulting
- Experience in setting up and optimizing AdWords Accounts
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills, solutions oriented and self-driven
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
