Release Manager

Allen Recruitment is currently assisting the largest Scandinavian financial group being one of the fastest growing banks in Europe. Our client is building their IT hub in Poland to support Nordic regions.

With the option to work in Gdynia, they are currently looking for a Release Manager with 3 years' experience working in a large organisation rolling out new solutions. This is a flexible cooperation on a B2B basis and a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career in a super place to live with a low cost of living and larger take home pay.

Job Responsibilities:

Testing:

  • Coordinate Manual & automated UAT testing with key stakeholders
  • Prepare training material for UAT testers
  • Follow up and track progress

Training:

  • Create PowerPoint slides
  • Update Process documentation on Confluence and SharePoint
  • Produce Instructions and "How to" videos
  • Create E-learning material content facilitation. eg Speaker notes, content layout, facilitation in quiz creation, etc.
  • Facilitate on-site & online training sessions
  • Gather Feedback and follow up
  • Send out communication

Tooling:

  • Administration tasks in Remedy HELIX
  • Template creation

Pilots:

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders
  • Coordinate & follow up activities
  • Provide active communication
  • Conducting Feedback/surveys sessions

Compliance:

  • Conduct assessment maturity exercises across the bank
  • Follow up on low-maturity teams
  • Produce KPIs & Metrics
  • Conduct feedback sessions with stakeholders.
  • Generate reporting for management
  • Coordinate with central reporting team

Support:

  • Be part of a team handling user questions, defects, issues
  • Provide help, insight and guidance to the new tool - Remedy HELIX

Automation/Integration:

  • Coordinate with delivery teams on Back End integration
  • Administrate and maintain Global Release calendar
  • Update process documentation for API's and other integration points
  • Provide Instructions, training material
  • Support teams onboarding to the new integration services Provide Communication & Training material

The minimum requirements:

  • 3 years' experience working in a large organisation rolling out new solutions
  • Advanced command of English
  • Available to work onsite in Gdynia
