Standard CM/PM Job Description :

Construction Manager is responsible for field supervision and quality control for coordination of Wireless Carrier new site/upgrade construction.

The candidate works directly with the client and subcontractors to facilitate installation of provided equipment.

The candidate is responsible for coordination and order of power and telephone facilities.

The candidate is responsible for overall installation of all construction work required for the site to be on air in the scheduled set forth by the client.

The candidate is also responsible to ensure quality control measures are followed and site is completed per clients design standards.

Job Description

  • Supports and assists coordinating all aspects of field construction project activities for single cell sites or a small groups of cell sites
  • Provides technical guidance and support to outside engineering firms, contractors and vendors
  • Coordinates site activities and assures that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectives
  • Reject wrong deliveries of material to site
  • Report bad performance and quality on site
  • Drive schedule activities and trouble-shooting results
  • Assists in the coordination utilities, access, project schedules
  • Oversees and reviews reporting, site audits and inspections
  • Reviews completed bid packages
  • Assists in the coordination of site visits with engineers and contractors if needed
  • Oversees on- site construction management of subcontractors
  • Complete, manage and upload photos, site logs and punch lists
  • Backhaul coordination and support
  • Other duties as assigned in support of projects within the assigned market
  • Capture all change requests//project adders
