Description
The consultant we are looking for should have a proven track record as Solution architect with experience in SAP HCM and several Success factors modules. The main task will be implementation and support.
The SAP HCM modules the right consultant should have experience with are:
-Personnel Administration (PA)
-Organizational management (OM)
-Interfaces, Employee-Self Service (ESS) and manager Self-Service (MSS).
- It is also preferred to have experience in SuccessFactors modules like LMS, PMGM.
Good to have knowledge on webdynpro and Process & Forms. Preferred architect experience in SuccessFactors modules like LMS, PMGM.
The right consultant should be able to work independently on the relevant module and should have good Communication.
Familiar with the ITIL processes on Incidence management, Change management, Problem Management & service requests. Should have experience in working with onsite/Offshore model.
It would also be advantageous to speak one of the Scandinavian languages as well as English.
