Are you looking for a new mission? Do you have knowledge of French and or Dutch? On of our clients is recruiting for a SAP MM/SRM Project Manager to join a leading client in the transportation sector.
The aim of the assignment is to maintain the operational SAP application landscape for the functional domain MM: procurement and SRM: implementation e-catalogue, data-mapping: attribute management.
Tasks
- Supervision, analysis and implementation of the roll-out of solutions
- Creation of blueprints
- Writing Functional Specifications
- Identifying the different processes used by the business
- Ensure customisation and support of the following domains: 'sAP-MM (purchase needs, RFQ, allocation of markets, orders)
- In-gave of services
- SAP-SRM (management of supplier catalogues)
- SAP-QM (quality management in purchasing flow)
- To be the contact point for the collection of customer needs, to be able to interpret these needs and to translate them technically.
- Analyse, plan and follow up the requested projects
- Ensuring that all deliverable are realised in the timescales agreed with the business
- Testing the solution and ensuring its quality
- Prepare test scenarios for the key user and guide them through the UAT
- Training of the key-users
- Updating and creating documentation and work instructions
- Daily supervision of the key-user
- Responsible for the integration with other projects/modules
- Using and advising on best practices
- Regular reporting to BCC supply team lead
Scope:
- Managing procurement processes; both standard and custom made
- Supplier catalogues
- Services
- Management of the database related to the above domains
- Quality management linked to the purchasing process
