Description
Leading and finalizing deployment of CyberArk (includes components, interfaces etc.), helping regional teams to organize upgrades locally
Technical assistance in onboarding privileged users to CyberArk. Creation of platforms, automation scripts, understanding and solving technical blockers etc
Support BAU teams to upskill on CyberArk technology
Installation and Configuration of all necessary components related to project delivery
Develop connection components in CyberArk if required
Support and identify issues relating to Network, Firewall, Policies, etc.
Assistance with use case generation and configuration of the PTA component
Support BAU in case of Emergency
Skills
In-depth CyberArk product knowledge and real world deployment experience of the following components: EPV, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, PTA, AIM, and CPM
CyberArk certification would be a nice to have
Understanding of IT Security organization and processes such as security event management, privileged user management, fire id management, password management, security policy compliance
Operating systems: Windows, UNIX, Linux, VMWARE
Strong Analytical skills
Security governance: concepts and guidelines
Diplomacy and pragmatism: ability to transform governance into technical solutions
Ability to help others to get autonomy on technology thru training and support
Ability to manage local constraints (in regional data centers)
Fluent in English as this is the communication language in the region and Group, active knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous
