Description
Eximius are recruiting on behalf of a global technology company who are implementing a Genesys contact centre platform into a client site in Maastricht. They require a senior engineer/architect who is comfortable in a client facing technical role providing specialist knowledge in Genesys and in particular eServices.
The ideal candidate will be a professional services consultant with at least two Genesys implementations behind them. Further contact centre platform experience is interesting but not essential. You will be working independently with the customer but supported by a project manager and account manager. You will need to be based in Maastricht for the majority of the working week although remote working is possible when agreed with the customer. All expenses will be covered on top of the day rate.
