1. Proven skills in managing and delivering Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects2. Deep knowledge in Oracle EBS modules is expected
3. Well versed in Dutch and English language and should be able to communicate in both the languages orally and written
4. Ability to deliver contractual obligations as per the SOW
5. Ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology and design in Wipro, in the client organization and third party (partners) as needed in order to meet program goals
6. Experience in handling teams from various nationalities and regions
7. Should have experience in managing team across different geographies and time zone
