I am currently looking for a software developer to join a national investment management company in New York City. The customer is looking for someone for an initial 6 months, however there is a possibility for extension.
The customer is looking for someone to support back-testing by enhancing algo container and also to build functionality to capture and replay production order data.
Key requirements:
Required skills
· Experience building algo back-testing API
· Experience with sell-side equities algos such as VWAP, POV and IS
· 5-7 years experience with core Java
· Familiarity with FIX
Preferred skills
· Experience with C++ and recording market data
· Familiarity with Git and KDB
