Compliance Lead

Monarch are working with a global brand that are recruiting for an experienced compliance lead on an initial 3 month contract to lead a large scale implementation of a CRM solution.

My client requires an experienced compliance lead who has worked within a highly regulated organisation, has worked on large scale system implementations and ensured that compliance standards are achieved.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

• Design and manage a system implementation (QMS or CRM)
• Review existing policies and draft new policies
• Set up an internal audit schedule
• Be the main point of contact for compliance requests

Essential experience:

• 3 years experience in a compliance or quality assurance role at life sciences firm.
• Working with customer or partner audits (FDA, MHRA)
• Managing SOPs and CAPA processes
• Software validation experience
