Home-Based Marketing Manager (Customer Advocacy/Success Stories) - 6 months + £400 per day
One of Talent Internationals leading clients is urgently recruiting for a home based Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager for a long contract starting as soon as possible
You will be required to showcase the value of the client to prospect clients across the globe.
The successful candidate will need to have proven history of working on similar role. Must have experience of working on IT cloud-based projects.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have the following skills and experience in the following:
. Proven experience in a similar customer advocacy role or as a content/generalist role within marketing
. Exceptional ability in copywriting and editing to articulate customer stories, with proficiency in American English and using or editing in rich media such as video
. Must have used customer advocacy platforms to scale content and showcase customer success
. Understanding of relevant metrics and economics in demonstrating customer success
. Demonstrable skills in creating and executing great customer events
. Outstanding communication and people abilities
. Must be able to liaise, interact and build strong relationships with senior sponsors and stakeholders
. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
. Abilities in planning and coordinating people and operations
Technical/professional qualifications:
. BSc/BA desirable, not essential
. Knowledge of Adobe editing products specifically Premiere Pro desirable, not essential
. Ability to create videos using camera equipment, not essential
. CIM qualification desirable, not essential
