Description

Finance and Payroll Manager

  • Provide project oversight to one or more in-country payroll projects including stakeholder engagement, planning, risk management, reporting and governance working with in-country teams of in-house and 3rd party subject matter experts to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Ensure project goals are clearly defined and agreed with key stakeholders
  • Ensure a full end to end implementation plan is in place and agreed
  • Provide functional direction to other work stream leads ie Finance, Treasury, HRIS, Change management
  • Establish an ongoing project governance model with both the in-house or outsourced payroll providers and key stakeholders
  • Track project progress and completion of tasks including running regular project update calls each week to ensure progress/issues and risks are captured
  • Catch all key decisions, risks and issues and work through until resolution sought including managing escalation as required
  • Offer consultancy and expertise on payroll change to in-country colleagues that may not have previously experienced significant payroll change
