Description
Seeking an ERP Analyst to be responsible for solving information technology-related problems and working with stakeholders to solve business problems using business knowledge, consulting skills, and packaged solution expertise.
Working directly with stakeholders and teammates to implement, support, and integrate technology solutions into diverse business environments.Duties include daily maintenance, potential on-call support, administration duties, support, and troubleshooting of ERP systems. Other duties may include documentation and operational support, application support activities, and additional duties as needed in support of the senior IT staff and business users. Gather, and document detailed business requirements and processes for projects throughout the project life cycle. Gather and document requirements and data for ERP reports in accordance with data governance policies. Work with business teams to develop testing strategies, test cases and use cases. Work with team to test ERP functionality. Work with team to infuse quality standards and validation into the solution. Use provided data and stakeholders to solve user needs. Provide consistent status reports to the Project Manager and Executive Director, Information Technology. Contribute to a supportive work environment, team cohesiveness and embody the districts norms. These analysts work closely with their business to ensure master data is submitted properly to support interfaces.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Finance or IT Human Resources. Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems. Strong MS Office product capabilities including Visio
