Description
The Task:
Templeton & Partners is looking for an experienced internal resourcing lead for a large commercial client in the Hague.
A resourcing lead is needed to lead to support the design and implementation of the New Operating Model, including:
The design of the new organization
Creation of role descriptions (Roles & Responsibilities) and job descriptions
Development and execution of a hiring strategy and plan
Development and execution of the resource transition plan
Development of an onboarding plan to ensure new resources are adequately onboarded into the organization, receive proper training, etc.
Development of a selection/assessment approach to select the right candidates
Support the recruitment process (posting, selection, contracting)
Develop, implement and coordinate the education program, ensuring that the right resources perform the right trainings at the right time.
Skills & Requirements:
General
Experience in end-to-end resourcing of IT Teams
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong skills in the areas of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Office in general
Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations.
Problem solving mentality
Specific:
Experience in IT organization design and roles definition
Experience in recruitment and onboarding of staff
Experience in planning and execution hiring of IT staff, including definition of job descriptions, recruitment strategy, interviewing candidates, definition of assessment approach for a team/organization >25FTE (for developers, operations, service management staff)
Experience in transition of roles & responsibilities between two organizations
Experience in defining and executing onboarding plans for onboarding of new resources into a new organization
Experience in defining competency frameworks and associated development/training plan
