Description
Our client are a leading global manufacturing organisation who are currently seeking a Credit Controller with strong Customer Service skills to join their team in Bracknell.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving resolution of disputes and complaints including credit and collection tasks
- Managing all customer issue resolution processes
- Regular interaction with customers and other functions in the region
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with all stakeholders
- Complain and case management
Skills and experience required;
- Experience in a Credit Control position
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of customer issue resolution
- Experience using Sales Force, SAP or equivalent order management/finance systems
