Description
Main Responsibilities:
- -Coaching cross-functional teams on Agile best practices
- -Build and implement an agile health check process
- -Develop and deliver Agile training
- -Constantly assist teams to refine and adapt their processes
- -Facilitate Agile rituals
- -Help teams build and expose metrics to demonstrate progress and improvement
- -Drive a focus on metrics for continuous improvement, within teams and throughout the company
- -Strengthen the culture of open communication, feedback and collaboration
- Previous experience as an Agile coach in a tribe/squad team
- Strong knowledge of Agile methods, probably SCRUM
- Deep knowledge of tracking systems ideally JIRA but also others
- Using data to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to coach individuals and teams, across all levels of the business
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of an organisation
- Willingness to learn
