Description
Functional scope includes:• Rating: Usage rating, real-time rating, usage configuration for mobile, fixed telephony, iDTV, internet
• Billing: Product configuration, discounts, promotions, VAT, billing behavior configuration
• Bill presentment: Bill preparation, bill presentment
• Post-billing: Online and offline payments, finance feeds, journaling and cash journaling, regulatory requirements, revenue share, electronic feeds, reporting
• Interfaces: 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue share, order orchestration interface, self-care, architecture interface definition
• Other: Systems migration, archiving/partitioning, operational scheduling
Cooperation with other teams to realize integration projects End-to-End:
• Online team: Customer facing web applications & apps
• BSS Sales and Customer Services team: Order intake, order management, quotation engine, workflow orchestration
• OSS team: Technical order management & provisioning
Required Expertise
• BSS business and functional knowledge in Rating and Billing Telecom. Knowledge on best of breed billing systems such as Netcraker RBM is a plus. In addition, knowledge on mediation systems or Doc1 is a nice to have
• Functional knowledge on Billing and Post-billing, including product configuration, usage modeling, interfaces definition, payments, SEPA mandates, collections, revenue sharing, accounts receiveables, revenue reconciliation, migrations
• Requirements definition, solution analysis and high level design specification
• Project lifecycle, Agile methodologies, coordination & end to end support
• Technical background: UML, BMPN, SOA, Oracle, SQL, Enterprise architecture
