Key Responsibilities (public)
• Develops, owns and manages the market project plan, to include all activities that the market team are responsible for.
• Member of the market rollout management team and participates in market rollout management team meetings. Reports into the Managing director of the market.
• Responsible for market stakeholder management and project reporting and acts as the point of escalation for market project team members.
• Coordinates market related activities including acting as the contact point for local market vendors and managing the commercials to meet the delivery plan.
• Ensures the implementation of the required local market vendor system changes within the agreed timelines.
• Ensures the required local market vendor support for programme testing phases is available, including End to End and User Acceptance Test, and acts as a point of escalation for the Programme Test Manager where required.
• Works with the Global Deployment Manager and the Global Integrated Planning Manager to align and feed in market activities and status to the programme integrated delivery plan.
• Manages all market risks & issues and escalates any which may have a direct impact on timeline/outcomes/quality of activities within the integrated delivery plan to the Market Deployment Manager.
• Manages market stakeholder signs off required for each project gate meeting.
• Manages and reports on market resource costs including appropriate staffing of market resources.
• Prepares the material for and runs the weekly status meeting with the market project team.
Start 1.09.2019 - 1 year contract + extention
EU, UK pass or french work permit is must - contract role
