Digital Copywriter needed for a fantastic organisation based in London who are looking for an experienced Digital Copywriter with an in-depth knowledge of translating commercial needs into new online content whilst ensuring consistency
Some of the main duties of the Digital Copywriter will include:
- Create consistently compelling, accurate, informed and targeted content (both pro-actively and in response to briefs) to help achieve Segment goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to revise and refresh digital brand guidelines, ensuring all digital content positively contributes to our broader brand vision and ambition.
- Support Digital Consultants and other stakeholders to develop concept prototypes in order to support proposition development.
- Work closely with the Digital Designer and User Experience Manager to ensure copy is developed as a vital, integral part of the overall design.
- Re-purpose offline content to ensure consistency of message is achieved in a manner that's sympathetic to specific channels.
In order to be the successful Digital Copywriter and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
- Experience in writing Web Copy
- Solid experience of Front End/user interface development (prototypes, mock-ups)
- Experience of either Healthcare and/or Insurance is highly preferable
- Experience in eCommerce technologies and Internet security and experience working in an agile development environment
- Solid understanding of web usability issues, the capabilities of different mobile and desktop web browsers and will have strong skills with website layout and UI frameworks.
