La Fosse Public Sector Practice is currently supporting the delivery of a large People Transformation Programme within Central Government. The intention behind the programme is to ensure the Department is are prepared for the present and fit for the future supporting our National Security.
An SC Cleared Internal Communication Manager is now required to support the development and delivery of the business change work required across the developing People Transformation Function in a number of areas; with the new People Portfolio, the People Projects within it and the wider People Transformation Programme.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing high impact internal communication plans, ideally in a complex Department.
- Creative communicator, able to develop inspiring and engaging communication products.
- Excellent writer and editor, skilled at distilling and interpreting large amounts of technical information for diverse audiences
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks and ideas through to completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt work plans, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly resilient, persistent, comfortable with change and able to manage ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a project or transformation team
- Experience within Central Government Departments
- Understanding of business change methodologies
