THE ROLE
My client is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist, the candidate will provide a quality case management service through provision of professional guidance, risk-based advice, and support and coaching to Line Managers who are managing complex cases and difficult conversations. The role will also involve managing complex litigious ER cases and tribunal cases in partnership with ER Manager, in-house Legal Counsel and business managers. You will ensure a consistent and efficient application of policy/process and advise HR colleagues on complex organisational change and restructures.
