Contract: £400 to £480 per day, Initial Six Month

Top Investment Bank based in the heart of Canary Wharf is seeking a seasoned internal recruiter to join them on an initial six month contract. In this role you will be responsible for recruitment strategy, overseeing agency relations and working with senior managers across EMEA region. You will need extensive onsite/internal recruitment experience and a financial services background.
Essential requirements:
- Extensive experience in onsite/internal recruitment management and implementing recruitment strategy.
- A background within Financial Services is essential. Preferably, Investment Banking.
- Great skills in working with external partners to ensure swift and precise delivery of candidates.
- Must be able to multitask and work efficiently within a fast paced environment.
- You must be able to work with SME's, Managing Directors and Head's of o a daily basis. Senior stakeholder management skills required.
- Able to manage a team and work with HR advisors.
- Immaculate written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses advanced core recruiting and leadership skills
- Has expert level understanding of compensation
