Job description
Candidate needs to have significant amount of implementations done over the past years (so a practitioner)
He / she needs to able to take the lead on ITSM requirements gathering and is familiar with core ITIL processes such as incident, request change, problem, configuration and asset, service catalog (service portal), knowledge management in transition mode and/or operations.
Skills / Qualifications
ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or higher (if not holder yet candidate needs to get it within 3 months after start)
Ø ServiceNow Fundamentals certificate (Madrid release delta updated)
Ø CIS ITSM certificate (Madrid release delta updated)
Ø Familiar with integration concepts like SOAP, rest, MID server
Ø Agile / Scrum hands-on is a plus
Ø Other product line (HR, ITOM, PPM) is a plus
