Service Desk Engineer / 1st & 2nd line Helpdesk Support / Remote Support / IT Support Analyst

Service Desk Engineer urgently required to work on a contract basis in Woking.

You will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing Service Desk/ Helpdesk/ Desktop/ 1st & 2nd line support with excellent client-facing and customer support skills.

Knowledge of Core Microsoft Windows Desktop Technologies MS Windows 7 Professional, MS Office / 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange 2007, SCCM, Citrix, LAN/WAN Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and working on Sostenuto/ Service Now or similar call logging system is required.

ITIL/MCP/MCSE/MCDST qualification would be a distinct advantage.
