Process Engineer - Contract - Medical Devices

Key: Process Engineer/Manufacturing/Industrial/Quality/Lean

Location: South Wales

Duration: Initially 6 months

Rate: Negotiable

We have partnered with a rapidly expanding, innovative Medical Device organisation who urgently requires the services of an experienced Process Engineer to join their team on a Contract basis for initially 6 months.

Requirements:
* Experience within the Medical Devices Industry is essential
* Experience in using adhesives
* Laser/resistance welding skills
* Advanced Soldering skills
* PLC control experienc
* Crimping skills
* Cleanroom experience (ISO class 7/8)
* Familiarity with ISO13485
* Solid works experience
* Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC, CPK's etc.)
* Experience is designing pneumatical powered tooling
* Experience of working with external tooling companies
* Familiar with repeatability & reproducibility
