Description
• Acting as Primary Technical resources for all Security devices including but not limited to Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF and F5 LTM Load Balancers.• Minimum 6+ years of experience with handling firewalls and F5 Load Balancers
• Seasoned knowledge on F5 LTM, Server Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, Application profile, iRule, SSL Certificate management, Link load Balancing, Cache / Priority Group
• Experience with vendor relations for cutting edge technology identification, license renewals and vulnerabilities
• Domain knowledge pertaining to SSL VPN Gateway setup, IP-Sec, Application Firewall, Proxy, IPS / UTM Policies
• Perform daily maintenance (Service Request and Incidents) & upgrades of the leveraged Security Infrastructure
• Maintain accurate documentation of firewalls and Network security support activities and upgrade processes
• Interact with relevant stake holders for operational and process related issues / improvement areas
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Networking Concepts (Switching and Routing)
