c. Defining Entities and its Relationships
d. Building Solutions (Managed and UnManaged)
e. Building Custom workflows (synchronous & asynchronous)
f. Building custom Business Process Flows
3. As a Functional Consultant, the person should be knowledgeable in –
a. OOTB Sales Module configuration / set up
b. OOTB Service Module configuration / set up
c. Security and Roles matrix
