Role: Network and Security administrator

Job Description:
? Strong experience in handling firewall , IDS/IPS system , Web application firewall , VPNs ,SIEM Logging solution like Arcsight, Grafana, Zabbix.
? Network administration skills handling Switches , Routers, MPLS and BGP devices
? Conduct periodic Vulnerability assessment on the infrastructure , reporting and follow-up for closure.
? Installation and configuration of new hardware / software as per defined policies and procedures.
? Configuration includes basic system configuration as per baseline, hardening of the system.
? Analyse the security incident tickets and ensure response and resolution within defined SLA
? Technical representation during CAB and eCAB with customer team.
? Timely updating of service request, security incidents and change requests with technical comments.
? Coordinating with customer for VPN configuration and troubleshooting
? Providing Hands and feet support for ongoing activities
? Evaluation of security advisories, patches for its applicability.
? Test security patches , major version upgrades in test environment. Apply the tested patches, upgrade versions in production through change management process
? Coordinate with customer for additional security requirements, enhancements and provide technical solutions.
? Remediation of the internal, external audit, VAPT scans, RBAC audits and monthly firewall audit findings applicable to security systems.
? Manage configuration backup and restore for security devices
