Helpline Desk Support (2nd line support) - Fluent English and Italian - Italy

We have received instructions from one of the world's most innovative consultancy companies for an English and Italian speaking Helpline Desk Support (2nd line support) with excellent communication skills as well as strong analytical skills. This exciting opportunity will take you to a beautiful city in Italy to see the amazing scenery and everyday life!

This exciting project will test and improve your skills and will be long term... for 12 months and possible extension, pay range is excellent with up to 60-80% retention and a bonus!

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 1-5 years Experience
  • 2nd line support experience
  • Windows 7/10 experience
  • English and Italian speaking
