Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Project Manager to join the team of its client in Portugal for 18 months on a full time basis.

This is a contract position and sponsorship will not be offered.

Scope

Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution and change management of assigned SAP SuccessFactors projects. Client is 7 months into a 2-year global programme to roll-out 5 workstreams of SuccessFactors (EC, EC Time-off, Recruitment, Compensation, and Integration).

Deliverables

  • Work with vendors to plan out remaining tasks to ensure successful delivery of all SuccessFactors modules.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all HR systems projects.
  • Manage all aspects of the project by monitoring and identifying any project issues early-on to be able to mitigate any risk for the client, including budget monitoring.
  • Creates and manages the project plan.
  • Tracks and manages project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintains and manages risks, actions, issues and decisions log.
  • Maintains hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are completed and on-time.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • PMP and/or Prince2 certification or other demonstrated project management experience
  • Expert in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software.
  • Experience in Human Resources, exposure to HR Shared Service Centre will be advantageous.
  • Technical aptitude with HR information systems
  • Completion of multiple SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or related projects with depth knowledge.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Human Resources industry best practices and Project Management domain discipline.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers, while inspiring and motivating others.
  • Strong ability in setting strategic vision by driving continuous improvement, evaluating/implementing ideas and resolving conflict.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong organisational, planning and management skills.
