Responsibilities:
- Developing the marketing strategy and driving traffic to the company
- Setting up and implementing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns and programs (including inbound and outbound activities)
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the content (website, blog, email, social channels, etc.)
- Building and fostering strategic relationships and partnerships
- Monitoring, measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns and drawing conclusions for the future initiatives
- Preparing and managing the marketing budget
- Managing and coaching the marketing team members
- Following the new trends and developments and implementing them
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the marketing field (remote work experience will be a plus)
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creating successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Good knowledge of marketing automation and building marketing funnels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and project management skills
- Good knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Omniture, NetInsight, etc.)
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams on the development and execution of marketing programs
- Full of creative ideas
- Self-directed, organized and efficient with the ability to work under pressure
- Curious and happy to learn new things
Preferred:
- Degree in a marketing-related field
- Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML & CSS
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
