Responsibilities:
- Organizing, prioritization and assessment of scrum team
- Creating and managing product roadmap and product backlog
- Gathering feature requests to the product roadmap
- Coordinating sprints, scheduling releases and planning upgrades
- Ensuring product acceptance at key phases of the delivery cycle
- Researching answers to technical questions/issues (integrations, complex workflows)
- Refining used methodology based on results and client feedback
- Communicating the product strategy to key stakeholders and team members
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the product development (remote work experience will be a plus)
- Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT project management
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Task-oriented
- Self-directed and efficient with the ability to quickly adjust to the changing environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor Degree in a technical field (Software Development, Computer Science)
- Agile Certifications
