Description
We are currently working with a transport and rail services company to recruit a commercial finance manager. This company has a turnover of £305.5m and is growing exponentially in the market. The brand is growing consistently through their retail offering and are considered pioneers in their market. This (12 month) role is a great fit for someone who likes to business partner for the commercial team and you will be able to visibly drive significant change.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the commercial financials, reconciliations and business planning whilst supporting from an analytical perspective.
- Provide challenge and insight and critically analyse new opportunities.
- Period end reporting and owning the retail planning and models for the retail and car parks PL and BS.
- Leading the quarterly retail re-forecast in line with the business planning process.
- Ensure collection of rents due are completed accurately and efficiently and support the Commercial Finance Analyst in managing tenants.
- Leading the management of permitted deductions.
- Look to further utilise Tableau to support the commercial team via financial metrics.
For this role, you will need:
- To be ACA qualified with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE experience
- Experience of a retail environment and or budgeting/forecasting cycle
- To be comfortable managing relationships at all levels.
Day rate: £400 per day
