Harvey Nash is looking for a Learning and Talent management (LMS) Performance and Integration Consultant for LG in Schiphol-Rijk.

SuccessFactors Integration Center experience Learning center management: create and rollout learning modules in the multiple OpCos Performance, Goals, Succession management Backup and archiving Maintain users and access.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure the SuccessFactors LMS solution and perform initial testing;
- Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization;
- Test the SuccessFactors solution for accuracy and fulfillment of LMS solution;
- Train users in master data management, transactional activity, and report execution;
- Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) related to a Human Resources, Management, or IT discipline, or a related field of study;
- SuccessFactors project implementation experience;
- Integration experience with other SuccessFactors process areas.
Preferred:
- SuccessFactors Integration Center experience;
- Learning center management: create and rollout learning modules in the multiple OpCos;
- Performance, Goals, Succession management;
- Backup and archiving;
- Maintain users and access.
