Harvey Nash is looking for a Learning and Talent management (LMS) Performance and Integration Consultant for LG in Schiphol-Rijk.

SuccessFactors Integration Center experience Learning center management: create and rollout learning modules in the multiple OpCos Performance, Goals, Succession management Backup and archiving Maintain users and access.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure the SuccessFactors LMS solution and perform initial testing;
  • Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization;
  • Test the SuccessFactors solution for accuracy and fulfillment of LMS solution;
  • Train users in master data management, transactional activity, and report execution;
  • Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) related to a Human Resources, Management, or IT discipline, or a related field of study;
  • SuccessFactors project implementation experience;
  • Integration experience with other SuccessFactors process areas.

Preferred:

  • SuccessFactors Integration Center experience;
  • Learning center management: create and rollout learning modules in the multiple OpCos;
  • Performance, Goals, Succession management;
  • Backup and archiving;
  • Maintain users and access.
