Desktop Technician Apps IT are seeking a Desktop technician to join our end user based in Dublin.
Good organisational skills. Good PC troubleshooting skills, hardware, Win10, Office, Outlook etc. Experience essential. PC replacement/deployment experience (.pst, user profiles etc.). Good customer service skills (very good spoken English). Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), Servers, security etc. beneficial but not essential. Motivated and ability to work with minimal guidance.
