Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
• At least 8 years of experience with IT development and coding
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making
processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
• Facilitate team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum Master role diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• At least 8 years of experience in Agile software development life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and Verbal). Should be fluent in Czech, English
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
