Description
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required• At least 8 years of experience with IT sector.
• Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
• Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
• Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgradations to existing systems
• Ensuring the system is perfect as per the needs of the users.
• Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units
• Using standard templates and natural language to develop requirement specifications
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst role.
• At least 8 years of experience in software IT sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and Verbal). Should be fluent in Czech, English
• Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical, problem solving & product management skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
