Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst to join an exciting company based in France, not far from Paris.
The client currently is embarking on new work stream projects and they are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst with the following skills and experience;
Management & functional Accountabilities:
- Requirement gathering for complex business problems, decided to be solved via data science. The most of the problems will be related to marketing mix models, pricing and promo analytics, sentiment analytics and related work streams
- Design in collaboration with data science team and project manage the implementation of solution
- Deploy and scale the solutions
- Ownership of the solution(S) across its life cycle in your domain
- Business benefits tracking of the solution
- Coordination with various vendors and internal tech teams
Skills & Experience required:
- 3-5 years' experience working in a data science team in a CPG domain or with a consultant organization working for CPG companies
- Demonstrable experience in pricing and promotions analytics, marketing mix modelling, econometric models, consumer insights domain
- Expertise in all or some of below skills. Multivariate Linear/Log Linear Regression based Marketing Analytics, Price and promotion analytics, Statistics and Econometric Modelling and Visual storytelling, Marketing and sales analysis
- Good knowledge of R programming, Knime, Python, R Shiny

- Comfortable working in a fast paced, lean and deadline driven organisation
- Able to work in a diverse multidisciplinary team
- Capable of translating often complex technical issues into clear, intelligible descriptions
- Willing to learn on the fly as needed and devote significant time to keeping skills up to date
The details of this Senior Business Data Analyst contract include;
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 weeks probation period - followed by a rate increase and a 6 months contract extension possibility to move into a permanent position Interview times: can be arranged ASAP
