Investor Relations Administrator/Fund Administrator/TA Admin
£200pd-£300pd
Must have Investor Relations experience
London

Role:

A strong focus on the maintenance of relationships and responses to needs of existing investors in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

The role requires the ability to analyse, question and prepare information which can be presented to investors. In particular, it requires strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) achieve deadlines, ability to multi-task as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities
*Provide accurate, thoughtful and timely responses to client queries
*Respond to client due diligence requests
*Build rapport and liaison with internal team members and fund administrators
*Partner with team administrator to ensure accuracy of client data across systems (ie CRM)
*Maintain CRM with meeting notes and client data
*Prepare content and design of client communications (ie invitations, mailings)
*Assist with organising and executing the investor conference including but not limited to support event production, liaison and co-ordination with 3rd party vendors, assisting with content production, sourcing of speakers, attendance and hosting on the day
*Action investor relations initiatives (ie manage quarterly calls)
*Action as appropriate Investor Relations queries
*Host client & operational due diligence meetings in London

Requirements:
*Experience within asset management, preferably in an Investor Relations capacity.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to be pro-active in resolving issues
*Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
*Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
*Use of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce a plus
*Familiarity with operation of open and closed ended fund vehicles and investor practices
*University Degree
*IMC or CAIA or desire to work towards
